Bought a fave voucher & booked it in advance for 2 pax. Receptionist acknowledged and confirmed it was for 2 pax but however when we have arrive at the location we were told only 1 of us could do as there were other reservations after us. (we’re not late) We took the time to travel and they mistaken our appointment & told one of us to refund or we can wait till the other customer to finish which was around 430pm. I find it ridiculous because we made an appointment & took the time to travel & got told to either get a refund or wait till 430pm. Simply ridiculous. If you do not have enough staff or machine, please do not overbook the appointment. DO NOT BOOK THIS IF U DW TO EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE N LONG WAITING TIME!!!!

Came to know about this place with Vaniday’s voucher and I’ve been here for facials, SHR and whitening since 2 years ago. Experience have been positive so far, waiting times are reasonable too especially if you choose a peak hour. So if you don’t want to wait, just choose a less peak hour timing. I do that so I avoid having to wait at all and I’ve never waited for more than 10 mins. Sandy’s prices are extremely reasonable as compared to many other aesthetic salons, and most importantly, the procedures are effective at the end of the day. And at a location in CBD, I think many other salons are charging high prices as it is a working crowd here. With that price point, it’s only reasonable that you won’t be treated like you paid a million bucks. That being said, Sandy has never been rude or shown any disrespect. If you are bothered by the hard selling, I mean you can just be firm and say no. All in all, I would say services are fair with the price paid.

So far the best laser service.I've done full arm full leg underarm and Brazilian SHR laser ,bought packages for all after i bought voucherfrom fave. Worth the price and can see the effect after a year as this is like a longterm thing. If you go no peak hour, no need to wait. They'll use their heart to help us achieve hairless body..?

I bought 4 different hair removal packages from them. I even renewed some packages as im very pleased with their service. Their treatments are very effective for my thick, coarse hair. I usually didnt have to wait more than 10 mins for my turn regardless of weekday or weekend. I originally bought a fave voucher so the staff explained (wouldnt consider it as hardsell or pushy) that it would be even more effective if i topped up. I compared the prices with other places and found this no frills place to be value for money hence i opted to top up. Environment is clean and basic, and with its price point and effectiveness, i really recommend this place for their hair removal treatments.

Sandy and her staff are very friendly and professional. Price is cheaper than other aesthetics. No hard selling at all. Book SHR hair removal every month and have my treatment on time without waiting. Overall, can see the effective results and worth the price. Very pleasant experience! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended ?? Was attended to by Janet today and she was so sweet, patient and friendly! She will ask on your condition and tailor the treatment accordingly to your needs. No hard selling and I always get to have my treatment on time. 2nd year here and looking forward to more sessions ? Package is value for money and located conveniently in town.

Extreme hard selling, imagine 12 sessions of enduring and rejecting countless times. I know it’s their job to promote their packages but they honestly overdid it. Oh and on the first session they mentioned that if I were to give them a 5 star review on google, they would give me more shots or free 1 or 2 sessions. Also making an appointment is pointless because the waiting time is always long, to the point whereby I’ve noticed some people would just leave. Cleared my last two sessions together and it only occurred to me that I have 2 sessions of brightening not redeemed after the therapist left the room. So I figured to just forgo it. Yup, this is how bad the experience was. Even when I was signing off my last two sessions, the lady boss continued to ask if I would like to top-up and kept quiet about the 2 brightening sessions left to redeem. After my first session with them, I dreaded every subsequent session I have. Completed the 12 sessions for the sake of it really, so visit at your own risk ok. :)

I’ve been buying their packages from legs, brazilian and tummy freeze because their services are really good. Highly recommended ???Sandy Li and Janet are very helpful to explain how the products are effective and good for my body. Not a hard seller though. I even refer to my 3 friends to try their packages and more to come. Soon, I will try their underarm. Sometimes need to pamper ourselves not just work hard and then forget to take care of our body?☺️ ?
