Do NOT be fooled by the photos, the rooms are empty, all white and depressing. Overpriced and nothing is provided other than one cooktop. All beddings, hangers, bathroom utilities, etc. have to be purchased by you. If you’re a student and gonna stay a few years sure, grab a few friends and live together that’s fine, other than that, stay away.

Overpriced, absolutely regret renting this place. If I can get deposit back will move out right away. Once fell through the bed at night, because the boards supporting the mattress were too short. Stayed near the lift for a month, really noisey and inhumane place to stay. It's a shame they rent such places to public and betting on people won't find out before moving in. Got cheated by agent saying the place has cable broadband access. Lie. They say you can install the fibre, till you find out they don't have the openet box in the room. Bad infrastructures, shower pipe blew out and a light went out in a month. Friendly stuff, but limited decision making power and prolonged conversations to sort things out. Their first instincts to problems usually are sorry you have to deal it yourself, till you tried and agrued. Hope there is a direct access to management instead talking to stuff who can't make decisions.

Horrible management, wifi and price. Wifi:- Speed is barely 1 Mbps. Moreover, you have to sign in your account every 30 minutes to keep using it. That's stupidity. If you are watching a long video on YouTube, be prepared to get distracted every half an hour. Prices:- My twin sharing room price was 900$ per month. My friend stays in a condo in twin sharing which costs him 500$ per month(with free gym and swimming pool). Moreover, his room quality is way better than mine. Management:- They will not fix anything in your unit unless you remind them about it 1000 times. The glass window besides the kitchen was broken and still not fixed. Lizards, and mosquitoes entered from there but the Management didn't cared about it. I was about to leave singapore as my studies were about to end. I asked them to return my deposit amount(837$) 1 month before the end of my contract. They forgot it. In the end, when I went there to ask for it, they said they forgot it. Then, they shamelessly said that "we will try to speed up the process of returning the deposit." And it will take 1 month to do so. Then they asked me whether I have any friend or relative in Singapore to whom they can give my deposit. I have, but what if they forgot that too. So I refused. I had to stay in singapore 1 extra month just to get my deposit back. These inconsiderate and unethical people have no value for our money. In my country, 837$ is 5 months salary of a labour. My agent and my school recommended me to stay in this hostel when I first arrived in Singapore as they might be getting some commission for it.

Not very transparent ,I'm trying to get internet connection at this location from 2.5 months still not succeeded. I complained about noisy bed numerous times. It took 2.4 months for them to fix. The admin staff never act on your requests and make fake promises. Overall location is great near to everything but I'd never be a resident if knew earlier about this place.

Pros: - Location is good, 5 mins walk to Chinatown MRT. - Greenery around. - Market near Chinatown MRT is good. Cons: - Property is not listed as a residential property to the NetLink Trust. So if you want to get your own personal broadband connection, it would take around 2~3 months to get it listed as a residential property first by Netlink. This information was not shared by the agent while signing up the contract. The Internet provided by the company sucks and is very slow(youtube video plays mostly at 144p). You can only connect to 4 devices at a time. - Very poor management. No coordination among themselves. - Wardrobe, table, and chairs provided by the company is of very cheap quality. - If you install some accessories on the wall, like hanger, holders etc, you would need to uninstall them while leaving the unit, otherwise deposit money will be deducted. (Since basic facilities are quite less, you may need to install some extra accessories on the walls). - The security guards are super lazy. If a cab comes to pick you up/drop you, they take very long time to open the main gate. They won't open the gates after 10 PM(as a management rule). So if you have lots of luggage with you and reach from airport by a cab after 10 PM, better luck carrying all the luggage by yourself after the main gate. - The location is on a hill, could be tiring to go up and down frequently.

God awful...do not stay here! I came from the UK to study in Singapore and this was the only place I could get...Definitely overpriced and the room I was in was filthy. Mould all over the bathroom. Cramped. No matter how much you clean it it will always attract lots of pests. Next to no soundproofing, you can here everything going on outside and it is very noisy. Unless you are in the SMU rooms on the 12th floor, it is substandard. The lift does not even go up all the way. Looked nothing like the pictures. Had holes in the walls which they would not fix, pests would come through, had to cover them up with cardboard.

Better no stay in this hostel. First of all, most of the staff and workers are very rude. The way they treat to residents are very superior especially when they have management to repair sth. Furthermore, staff comes into the room without permission and even into the bedroom when we are sleeping. And they said they need to repair aircon. What a unsafe condition. I can understand if they knock and wait for our permission to come in. But now, these staffs are very rude. I feel insecured to stay in this hostel. And wifi condition is also the worst. Strongly recommended not to stay in this hostel. I don't want others got same experience like us.

Air conditioning noise every night 80 decibels not to repair the message urging are not read back deposit to check out a half a month urged 3 times to return also was deducted 40 new cleaning fees in the house is dirty and broken
