Zero actually ! 2 years ago I stayed at this Place at Henderson & I will give you an honest review lets begin with the design of this place okay there is no separate floors for the males and females next to a girls room there is the boys room at the end of the passage is the ladies washroom and the boys washroom is the same area where a small pantry is so ladies privacy alert ! as per my observations despite the signs put up there are incidencies where guys smoke in their rooms . late night till 3 am or 4 you will hear guys and girls chatting loudly and playing music ! sleep deprivation alert ! Also the staff does not care if they spot teens displaying some PDA on the premises they overlook ! During the rains if your umbrella happens to get whacked Please do not report it to the staff because this is what you will get in response : "take the staff umbrella" "dont worry you it will soon be returned to you " & if you ask since there is a CCTV one could easily find out who stole the umbrella THIS is what they will say "the CCTV is only used if there is a crime that needs police intervention " So GETTING your umbrella whacked is no offense at all ! how strange ! as if that thing cost no money ! my oh my ! oh and lemme tell you PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE WI FI SYSTEM ! Chances are you might be spied upon its not secure ! And the last piece ...saving the best for the last chances are you might be stalked on the premises and the staff indulge in gossip as well ! ask them about that incident infact even I want to KNOW ...the full details my ONLY REGRET IS NOT RECORDING THE HAPPENINGS IN THE PREMISES TO SHOW YOU MY SERIOUS AND STUDIOUS AND ACHIEVER ORIENTED READER THE VERACITY OF MY WORDS ... so all those who are serious about their PURPOSE and want to focus on studying better flee from this hellheim and find a descent place elsewhere for it is so not in sync with the Values of that Exotic Rule Abiding Island Country called Singapore !

yo:HA @ henderson is a great place to stay for both foreign and local students in Singapore. Students get their own wardrobe, drawers, and study table which is important for studying / doing own work. Wifi is free, electricity is included in the rent, security 24/7, and it is a nice place to meet new friends from all over the world. Staff, cleaners, and warden are all friendly and helpful too. Overall, a really great place to live in.

If you want to live here just read this before you book a room... You guys will see a kitchen on every floors and that kitchen have only four fridge that mean 4 fridge on 78 people. Even after u keep your thing inside the fridge with big mark on it and if it is lost then too the management will not show u the camera. Come too the rooms, air conditioner can run out any time. When first come to see the room they will show you their best room but what you get is messy af. Come to laundry I'll suggest don't use laundry in yo:ha because your money can be disappear from your laundry card even if you have used once only. So think twice and book the room.

Low efficiency of the application progress and slow reply of inquiry mail. Only when I told them I was to retrieve my reservation did they reply to me, lol. Furthermore, they won't refund the 300SGD deposit fee back despite of their neglect. Feel like being deceived.^^

Very Fake. Nothing looks like how it is in the website. Bathrooms are gross and the rooms are too small for four people. No one abides by the rules. Residents smoke in premises while the rules says otherwise. The smoking isn't discreet either. My roommate had an aquarium full of cigarette butts. The staff isn't helpful either. They tried to make me follow the contract no matter what. I had to threaten them that I took a picture of resident smoking in premises and I will go to cops with that picture to get out of the contract.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL ! There are no regulations, no sense of security, no proper cleanliness and hygiene and they keep charging you 50 dollars interest without a reason. The management does not do anything about it. I’m sorry for the filthy images but please reconsider if you are planning on staying at Yo:ha Henderson. Have a look at the kitchen and washrooms here-

I lived at the top floor in 2017, and luckily the bathroom and kitchen was relatively clean compared to other floors (thank you whoever was in charge of cleaning my floor). But i HATED the management/ room system; late to pay rent? you get locked out of your room AND you have to pay us $$. Forgot to bring your ONLY card when you go out? guess what you have to pay us to unlock the door. Lost your card? pay us 30$ to make you a new card. Amazing. The room is really small as well, 4 guys in one cramped room? hm yes a wonderful college life. Not to mention we dont have dining room, so everyone brings their smelly food to the bedroom me included. we even had this one indian guy who lights frickin incense twice a day, complained to the management to no avail. Some of the kitchen portable stove won't work and they just keep getting swapped between floors, that sucked as well when it was our turn and have to go to other floors to cook. long story short i moved after 6 months Conclusion: don't be cheap, please spend the extra 100 - 200 if you can afford a better accomodation

Living here now. Worst choice ever. This place is full of impolite and inconsiderate Chinese students. They keep making huge noise at night. The issue is still serious after I complained to the management office lol. Sometimes they as neighbours will keep knocking the wall to wake you up at 3 am too! Really interesting! Also I keep hearing Chinese foul language every day. Last but not least, the pantry area is heavily polluted by them. The Chinese must learn to behave well. Btw there are a lot of ants and roaches. Prepare your insect repellent spray :)
