β β β β β It's impossible to get the Thu 1015 Yin Yang Yoga with John. Every BODY needs him to "cure" all aches and pains.
Pax will usually arrive at 1000 when his previous hybrid class ends. And he'll start "treatment" right away like putting a block here and a tennis ball there.
It's very effective and I'm a grateful recipient of his professionalism and kindness ?
