Super value for money with the knowledge gained, hands-on experience, patient and experienced teacher. Attended the Artisan Sourdough Bread making class and it was every minute enjoyable with an encouraging, humorous and engaging teacher. Would return for more classes and recommend to my friends!

The teacher is very patient, she also explain why you use certain ingredients and u got to hand on for a reasonable price.

Lotsa patience and knowledge where we learn the rationale of the steps and techniques rather than just following recipe instructions. Within slightly more than 4 hours, we made 3 types of mooncakes - traditional, crispy yam and walnut. So we brought home 3 boxes of mooncake with 4 of each type. Such sense of fulfilment finishing the class with self-made yummy treats.
