1 month without home wifi , with HBL and WFH was one major problem I had to face as we shifted house during Circuit breaker. Initially, I just topped up my prepaid sim for more data, but it was too fast to consume because of zoom meetings, and email downloads. Luckily, I saw yogofi as I search in google for travel wifi. This Yogofi device helped me a lot during these times, and I am very thankful that I found this option. Will consider to rent again as soon as international travel returns to normal! Thanks, Yogofi!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Don’t bother wasting your money for their portable wifi. Extremely slow. The battery can’t even last more than a day from full charge.

Ordered 2 pocket wifi from Yogifi. Horrible experience with the pocket wifi and do not recommend anyone to buy them. No instructions were given after self collecting these pocket devices at west gate office tower. The staff merely hand over two devices and that’s it. I went on a solo work trip using only 1 device. No surprises, the wifi do not work at all. Had to find my way from the airport to my hotel with zero connectivity before contacting support via Whatsapp. I asked again and make sure if there is anything i need to do to activate the second device so the same issue will not happen to my family who are coming to meet me a week later. (See attached) No surprises, the same issue happened to my family. Luckily they are able to find their way from the airport to the hotel without using the helpless pocket wifi. Contacted support, had several communications over a few days with them and eventually had the conclusion that the second device is faulty. Hence i had to give my wifi to my family while i go to work without any. Caused us lots of hassle and the connectivity of the first device is not that great either. Many times it has no internet connection.

Can't connect at all. Waste my money and time. Customer service also no use. Better to avoid this service at all cost!

Pay as you Use Only billed for the days you actually use the wifi which is great if you are travelling far away! Competitive Pricing 14 days of usage came down to below SGD$70. Easy to Use Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided at Yogofi. They have pocket friendly pricing and I had no issues connecting to the device, getting high speed data across Canada and USA. Could get it even at the beach in Squamish, British Colombia ?

If i can just review 0 stars i would. We ordered Yogifi thru klook last May 5, and we are expecting to received it days before May 11 which is the day we will start the wifi service. Last May 9, we followed-up to them but to our surprised the item was still not even ship to us. We followed-up May 10 and they said they will delivery May 11, the day our tours will start. May 11 morning, nothing happend and to our surprised they deliver the item to our place 4pm and we are already out strolling, so what they are expecting? That we are going to waste our vacation waiting for this wifi. Since we really need a wifi we just went out of our way to get on one of there pickup location. After pickup we spend half-day trying to troubleshoot the device and we are so disappointed that it is not working properly and they are asking us to return the device and get a new one AGAIN!!!!! We ask the customer service of they can just deliver the new one on our place because it is already a big inconvenience to us but NOTHING HAPPEN!! And guest what, even their refund process is also complicated. DONT GET THIS SERVICE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR VACATION TO BE RUINED. THEY ARE CHEAP BUT IT WILL COST SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT.

Decided to rent a portable wifi for working at home. I was initially deciding to get another broadband because there are too many devices connected to my home wifi that it causes connectivity issue and slow network service. However, I came across this brand and decided to try. I purchased the 50gb for $10/month (and I don't even use 1gb/day!) The service was excellent, I initially opt for a earlier start date but the staff called me to inform me that they could only mail off the portable wifi on certain date, I received promptly and my start date was pushed to the day I received. Overall, happy with the product and service, it was definitely the best option for my work at home situation, connection is fast and it doesn't cut off.

I rented 2 devices for travelling into Malaysia last week. BOTH devices were having connectivity issues from the start of the first day of our trip with very limited to no connections at all most of the times. This had created lots of inconveniences as we were travelling on different groups and needed a reliable WIFI connections to communicate between groups. I contacted the support team on the second day and was told that their network team needed to refresh the network settings for both devices. It seems like the company was trying to unfairly limit the amount of data going through both devices and we ended up only used 130MB and 169MB of data, respectively on first day. The management also refused to provide the refund for the first day of usage, even after admitting that there was network setting issues on not just one but BOTH devices. After that, on the second, third and fourth days we had lots of connectivity issues with both devices as well until we gave up on using the devices. Very unreliable and not trustworthy service at all. This was not my first experience renting from Yogofi, but this would definitely be the WORST one of all!!
