Session ended very abruptly when next customer came and 1 exercise was given within 1 minute. Therapists did not feel very sincere and genuine in improving my condition and issues.

The therapist, Cindy, was really patient, and took the time to explain to us what might be causing my mom’s pain and mobility issues. We proceeded to purchase packages from them and my mom has been attending the sessions regularly. She finds the sessions to be very helpful, and has been dutifully performing the exercises Cindy taught! These really improved her mobility and alleviated a lot of her pain, which helped in her performing her day to day tasks with ease. Admittedly the sessions can be quite pricey, but for the pain relief my mom has been getting, I’ll say it’s worth it!

As I have been practicing yoga for around 6 years to date, I noticed that I have not improved much despite my consistent practice. Cindy was able to identify the issues immediately when I shared my concerns with her. After a session with Cindy, I was able to stretch deeper than before and it made my yoga classes even more enjoyable. During subsequent sessions, Cindy would first ask if I experienced any pain before starting the session. I would highly recommend Cindy for her passion, knowledge and magical hands!

Hence, when I got my hand injured due to work strain, I immediately thought of Cindy. She's very good & could accurately identify the issues I have and address them accordingly. She's also very generous with sharing of various home therapy we can do at home and at work so that we can continue to work on our own to recovery.
