Have been a customer/patient with TCM Sembawang for months to treat my foot and back problem. The tuina treatment from my therapist, Xiang Ben has been effective and helps with my wellbeing. I can resume my jogging...finally! Guo Jing who managed the counter would call and remind me my appointment time! I believe small effort makes the whole experience wonderful and i enjoyed my appointment at Yong Kang TCM Sembawang. Keep up the good work!

Signed my 2nd package at Sun Plaza branch. Good customer service provided by front desk staff Guo Jin, who always call and remind me of my appointment time. My usual therapist is Gao Hong Yan, she is a very friendly person and showcase great massage skills. My wife enjoys their service too with my package. Keep up the good job ladies.

Paid $291 for a acupuncture and therapy service for a sprain leg and said that this includes 2 more treatments! Super overcharging and not professional. Up selling only comes in when you are paying for the bill and the cashier will try ways to convince you that the package is more worth. Old dad and young son got convinced. Called them after learning about it, asked why do they need to perform acupuncture for a sprain leg. The reply was it will not be done if not needed. I am pretty sure it’s not needed. It’s just a simple sprain and acupuncture is usually for post injury. Anyway we managed to get back the package fee and the total damage was $118 instead. Still I find it’s too costly.

Dr Yan lin and the doctors in general were very nice, friendly and caring! During my acupuncture procedure dr yan lin was extremely careful and hit the right points. I thought i will come back again, However, because of the receptionist attitude, i doubt I'll be coming back ever again, Came in for a headache, After the procedure was to make payment, she then asked me to sign for a package... (?) what even right. i politely declined and told her that I'll consider and see how is the progress from this session first. Although with a mask, her face turned black and her attitude changed, When she handed over the receipt to me, i asked for a doctor name stamp ( by right should have the doctor name there) i told her i would like to make a claim that's why, she then said "YOU ALSO NOT ACCIDENT CANNOT CLAIM" in anyway i just wanted a stamp, not a signature. It was none of her business anyway. Lady if you are reading this, you gotta fix your attitude ya, even when things dont go your way ( aka didn't buy your package) ?

Would have indicated 0 star if there was a choice! Missed a step (θΈ©η©Ί) and thought I have sprained my ankle. The doctor administered acupuncture treatment and assured me that it was not serious, but need to return three days later for follow-up treatment. After acupuncture treatment, the doctor asked me to try walking around the clinic and to put pressure (weight) on the injured ankle while walking. Then, he took quite some time to wrap the bandage (with medicine) on the ankle. When making payment, the receptionist's question of "do u want a package?" got me perplexed. As time passed, the pain intensified and I had problem standing. Went to A&E in the wee hours. Took an X-ray and was informed that I had a fracture (a bone was displaced)! The ankle is now in cast and recovery would take at least six weeks. So much for "not serious".

A totally 0 star (but no select star cannot post), and very highly not recommended. Very regret visiting, I sprained my ankle and visited Yong Kang TCM Sun Plaza. On first visit counter staff got me to signed for package of 3-session treatment as my leg do need more treatment. (Medication was counted separately) 3-sessions cost me $300 for just the package. Medication was $76 for first visit, $74.60 for second visit. After applying medication from my second visit, my ankle aching in the middle of the night and more swollen and red patch over. I called the clinic the next day, they claimed that is my allergic that i didn't know that causes this. And did not want to attend to me when i ask for my refund on the unused package. Got me to email to main office, it took the main office freaking 1 week to reply me their in-charge will be back in follow week. After sending few emails to follow-up, on the 3rd week, their office staff called and said will retrieve data from outlet and return me a call. I waited till today as i have not got response from them. The replied said refund declined after their internal investigation, but didn't provide me on what's their investigation. Advice me to visit their other outlet or refer to other people. With such irresponsible service/attitude, how to recommend when i'm not being cure? Efficiency when come to asking sign package, when got issue, clarification took 3weeks and yet to solve. I regretted not searching for reviews before visited this clinic. Advise to those who first time visit, to think twice or don't rush to sign package on first visit. Cos they received money fast, but not refunding.

- Dubious pricing even though price list was shown at counter top - Unable to provide proper reasons on why photograph of medicines cannot be taken without first buying - Seems to be giving more prescriptions to increase cost on patients' end(Refer to attached pictures), this seems to be the case for many TCM clinics as well - Prescriptions given were very likely edible and a "good-to-have", but definitely not a "need-to-have"(Refer to attached pictures) - I requested to do away with many of the medicines and paid a lower amount Summary: This TCM Clinic seems shady and profit-driven from my personal experiences, I would not recommend it to others.
