β β β β β The physician are quite OK but receptionist is very rude whether during payment or phone inquiry. I rather paid a little bit more and seek treatment elsewhere.

β β β β β Very affordable (<$20) compared to some other TCM clinics, hence the longggggg queue and wait. Receptionists (aunties) not friendly at all, especially the one near the queue ticket dispenser. Cheap doesn't mean bad service. :/

β β β β β Chung Hwa is really good esp for chronic cough and any sprained matters! my first visit was due to my 2 month cough and visited 3x doc yet getting worse instead bad, but the Physician at Chung Hwa stopped my cough in 5 mins just with few dried herbs to chew, and 4 days medication, and my cough never come back ever since after 3 years! My stiff neck or sprained back always get so much better after their acupuncture. they are so affordable too!

β β β β β My hand muscles were painful almost month, so I came here and I waited for two hours because I didnβt make an appointment. I finally went to Room 3 assigned by register counter. I saw that the doctor was busy treating 4-5 people at the same time. I was worried that the doctor would be distracted and want to leave but i stay (regret afterwards). The doctor asked to fill in a consent form, saying that if the acupuncture does not work, it does not matter to the doctors in the medical hospital (probably meaning). After acupuncture, the pain gradually deepened. After a day, small pains appeared in the arms. Won't come again

β β β β β Well been to Woodlands Branch many times for Acupuncture mostly. 1 TALL Specialist Elder Guy with Lots of White Hair, he gives me NEGATIVE impression. Few years ago my father went to see him for Diabetic issue and that specialist seems NOT interested to further check/recommend medical/health advice to my father condition. So far the rest doctor are okay. Especially Doctor Zhao specialist she is good. As for receptionist / pharmacy, maybe sometimes depends on the crowd ? Busy understandable as mood can be abit frustrated. But so far so good. Don't have bad experience over at the counter.
