*AVOID ENGAING YONGLENGCONSTRUCTIONSG FOR THEIR PAINTING SERVICES* i engaged them for whole house painting. Here are just some of the incidents: 1) They are supposed to deliver paint at 230pm onwards one day before painting. However, it didnt arrive. So at 530pm, i called the boss and he said its not coming because the driver is busy. I told him i could wait till night and he rudely reply “send the paint now for what, also cant do anything”. (then why arrange one day before and make us wait in vain???) 2) 3 painters arrived at about 840am WITHOUT PAINT. I asked if they are the ones who helps to dismantle and dispose some of my furniture ( agreed with the boss to throw 3 wardrobes and 3 study tables, all photos were sent to him for agreement). They say another group will be coming for disposal. So we waited till 940am and i decided to call the boss( scheduled to start work 9-930am), and the boss say to tell the 3 painters to dismantle e furniture for me.(Yes, we wasted 1hr waiting when they could have started dismantling). Obviously nothing was briefed to the painters prior work. 3)I requested to add another door+door frame to paint. Boss said ok $50 and he will bring another 2 tins of paint. In actual fact, he only brought 1 tin. When im back from work to look at the paint jobs of the doors, i realised they were all thinly paint, not homogenous at all. There are also some inner parts of the door not painted. When questioned, boss say they do not help to paint the inner part of it, they only help to paint the outside of the door ( SO NOW ISIT PAINT DOOR GOT TO SPECIFY INSIDE/OUTSIDE/UP/DOWN?!?!). super ridiculous. i told him its not acceptable and he went to do the touch up personally and realised he need one more tin. Eventually he went to buy another tin and painted the door personally and i have to say the standard is much better than his workers. 4)Paint jobs for living room and balcony were substandard before touch up. There are parts that were supposed to be painted beige were left white. Almost all the white ceiling corners had beige paints.I had to point out MANY areas for touch up work, and it lasted about 2hrs. This happened after they say its done and asked me to check for touchup. Overall, #yonglengconstruction service is horrendous. The paint job before touch up is not acceptable. TBH there are still many many rude encounters with the boss that is not reviewed here (pm me for detail if you still wish to engage after reading all these). i was told that ill get sued if i give him a bad review here. but i really dont want another victim.

Pls DO NOT engage their service!!! Boss KELVIN is a dishonest person! We engaged their service for painting our place, paying for the Nippon Odorless ALL-in-One paint. However, Kelvin did not use the type of paint we wanted even we have paid for the price. How did we find out? Kelvin will try to convince you to let them do the painting late in the evening, which the owner will not be there. He will send his workers to the place without the paint, and paint will only be sent over later. This happened to us, where the paint was sent over to my place after my husband left the house to them. Unfortunately, we have made full payment to them after the 1st painting. Tried to contact them for the agreed follow-up paint touch up date but Kelvin did not pick up the call for close to a week. Finally he sent his people over again late evening, trying to play the paint trick again. This time, my husband stayed with them through out. They had no choice but to send the paint we wanted over. Once the touch up started, that's when we saw the very obvious color difference for the paint. We questioned them, they claimed this is how it looks like when the paint is still wet. 1 day after the touch up painting, color difference is still there as shown in pictures. We have no choice but to buy the paint ourselves and do one more round of painting to match the color. MOST REGRETTABLE DECISION!!! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!! Other issues: 1) No punctuality, late for 3 hours 2) Full of patches after wallpaper removal 3) The son Darren knows nothing but to parrot or smoke you and claim himself as the business partner. DO NOT engage their electrician service too. Promised a lot, in the end electrician did not appear, and the son is there with a totally different quotation, asking for money without starting the job requested. HORRIBLE!!! Wanted to share the pictures showing their substandard workmanship. But having some issues with my com.

Excellent and very responsive company. Everything went smoothly & there is no additional hidden cost in it :) The team arrived on time & finished the whole unit in 1 day!! They will let you check all the areas that require to touch up and do it on the spot before they leave. Not even use sealer even at my bed room. Until now mr kelvin not even call me back or even reply me at all. Done painting on 10 April 2022. Come out white spot 12 April 2022. Attach pic below. I will not recommend people out there to do painitng and also introduce anyone that finding painitng svc company.

Entrusted my whole unit to his team for whole house painting plus some minor plastering works. Very satisfied with the workmanship ??? very friendly team too. Thank you Kelvin and teams for painting our 5 Room resale flat. The whole process from quotation to painting to handover was very smooth and fuss free!! The teams arrived on time and start to shift our furniture and put the protector sheet to cover our flooring and furniture over it to prevent it from the paint, which I find it very professional from them. After they have completed the painting they will let us check all of the areas before they handover to us. Overall the painting quality is excellent and meets our expectation. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family for the painting services if they require ???

Kelvin answered many of my queries when come to colour selection, he will recommend which colour that will make your house look bright and nice! Great customer service from them ?? We were very satisfied with the paint job. It was done on time by their professional worker within 1 Day of completion as promised. The painters tried their best to do the plastering as well as possible (mending holes and patching stuff along the way as well). We found the pricing pretty competitive as compared to the other options in the market. I was glad to have engaged them for our painting services will definitely recommend to the others ??
