The old man tending the shop was really helpful and he helped me to find one particular screw out of all the screws that I needed. There are like a million screws?!?! Lost an e-clip/clip washer for my airbrush while cleaning it and needed one urgently. Found this place and headed down. Found my item but suffered a heavy penalty. They charged me S$0.50 for one tiny e-clip while the M2 (5mm and 6mm) screws were S$0.10 each and they weren’t even stainless steel! Online, the e-clips are just $4.00 for 120pcs while the screws are $2.00 for 50pcs for stainless steel! Naturally I found their margins a little steep! When I remarked that the items were a little pricey, the old man told me it’s better I don’t come back again. He would rather not have my business and told me to go elsewhere in future. I understand that companies like this usually prefer to sell large quantities to other businesses. But such attitudes is why millennials like myself prefer to shop online. Perhaps his business is doing well now but as his generation start to whittle away one by one, his business will die along with it when you have such a bad attitude.

Mr Hoon was extremely helpful with helping me suss out the screws required for my project. He did not hesitate to share his many years of experience in the industry and recommended me the appropriate screws. Speaking to him a little further, he went as far as explaining that I could get the screws cheaper if I planned in advance and purchased online. His business primarily is catered to last minute/adhoc purchases. At 10c a screw along with infinite wisdom, I rate this place 10/10 stars.

Friendly service from father & daughter. U can find any screws here, 1001 screws! Best to bring a spare screw as an example, or exact screw dimensions.

Lost a screw for my camera luggage, saw great reviews and I wasn't disappointed, in fact I was amazed. Uncle Ah Heng only took a look at my screws for 10 secs, and he went back into the storage, just to take out the same exact dimension, along with the fasterner, within 30 seconds. HE DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO TAKE MINE AS SAMPLE TO DO ANY MATCHING BEFORE PASSING IT TO ME @_@ Indeed, a professional. I can't imagine how his brains remembers all these zillions of parts in the warehouse, and he manages it alone..... he said that if others were to help, they may misplace it, and this will be an issue for him lol. #MadRespect

They sell all kinds of screws, bolts, nuts and washers made of different materials. Best is to bring a sample of the screw you want to buy. The owner is quite friendly but he really knows where he placed all his screws and nuts in the shop space.
