★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our aircon has not been cleaned for almost two years, if I can remember. So, when I read about Howda air-con service online, I gave it a try and booked an appointment with them. What a big difference a good aircon wash makes! Thanks to the team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give 0 star to Howda electrical and air-con services. I requested normal aircon servicing On 9-Nov-2019 at 11 AM. First of all, technicians didn't arrive on time. I had to call them many times and each time they gave me a different excuse (stuck in a traffic jam, went to the wrong place, etc.). Finally, they turned up at my house at 12:05 PM. They did normal servicing in flat 10 mins (just removed the cover and put it back after washing with water). The worst part is aircon which was working perfectly fine before servicing didn't give any cooling in just 1 hour after servicing. I called Howda owner and technician to come back and have a look. They didn't bother about coming back and troubleshooting but told me immediately that there is a gas (refrigerant) issue. I strongly suspect that they leaked the gas during servicing and that's why they knew immediately without even looking that there is a gas (refrigerant) issue. Please don't engage this fraud company for aircon servicing otherwise you will suffer like me.
