Personally I couldn't find any shop that can provide such a thorough eyes check service. Here you not only can check eyes power but also can check if there is any early sign of eyes disease/conditions. It save at least SGD500 if I go to eye specialist to examine the same. After sales service is great, anytime if find the power not comfortable or accidentally break the lens, not to worry as Your Eye Guardian always ready to solve the issue. I am so grateful of their help and provide excellent customer service always! That's why I stick with Your Eye Guardian and not other optical shop! :)

Optician Shawn is very patient to explain when testing my degree and recommend to meet my budget, and even when I collect my spec, the lady who serve me also very friendly. When i request for extra spec cleaning cloth they have no hesitant at all, good service.

Went to the store after seeing an ad for eye check-up package. @$98 together with making a pair of spectacles. The eye check up was a normal one, not too comprehensive. The optician was polite. While choosing the spectacles, many had add-ons. I just chose a simple pair without any add- ons as I felt misled by the promo . Eventually went to another store to get spectacles done. Overall, service its ok. But the advertisement is misleading. It would be better to clarify exactly what type of spectacles are offered in the advertisement so customers can make a more informed choice. Thank you.

I made an appointment for the comprehensive Eye checks featured as promotion. Upon arrival, I was attended by a staff. Immediately, the staff asked about my Eye condition ( if I have long / short sighted... ) and explained the details of their package..... Trying to upsell me their progressive lens package and want me to make a decision which package I want.. before he conduct any eyechecks !!! ( I need to top up min. $300+!!! ) I was alarmed ! How could I decide and commit on anything if I am not sure of my Eye condition!!!) And this is my 1st visit to you. You don't even bother to check about my basic Eye condition ( eye power, asti etc. ) , not mentioning the comprehensive ones. I requested for Eye checks first ( not even the comprehensive ones on glaucoma, cataract etc.) But was turned down by the staff. He insisted that I made my decision on the package . I walked out of the shop. I went in after reading all good reviews, and was already prepared to get a pair of glasses ( even with top up $$) if only they are professional and ethical in their trade. This is my 1st and last visit!

"Your Eye Guardian" is extremely professional and provide an excellent service. I have had consultations in the US, Australia, UK, Singapore and Benny was the most professional. What I found to be most impressive was his ability to explain the examination results in simple to understand terms. The progressive prescription lenses are excellent. Thank You Benny.

Just collected my new pair of ? with the 6 in 1 optometry package for $98. Extremely service orientated and professional eyes checking. I only need to proceed with the $98 package only if there is a suitable frame which I like which makes total sense. Please don't believe those fake or 1 star review by other people. This shop deserves an honest review so more people can benefit like me. I have down voted and related those fake reviews as not helpful.

My family have been getting our spectacles from Benny's shop since many years ago. Benny is always very attentive and very detail- oriented in ensuring us understand our eye conditions. I am very happy with his service, especially when he helped me get a pair of reading glasses which does not look like reading glasses so that my age would not be revealed :)

I went to eye guardian after one of my friend recommendation. I went for a pair of progressive lens. My friends progression was in the vicinity of$300 ish for frame and lenses. After vetting my current pair of progressive lens , the optician Alan, recommended me a pair of top of the line progressive lens that cost over $900++ for just the Lense alone. Seeing that I was using Varilux lenses on my current glasses. However today when I receive the new pair of glasss from eye guardian, the Vision I got from the 900 ++ lenses was nothing short of clear. I went back to the shop just 5 minutes after I got them because when I try to leave the car park, I see only double vision on my dashboard and when I try to read my messages on my iPhone they are all double vision. I could not even make out the timing on my 47mm face watch. So I went back to them immediately. The optician Alan was quick to help. And after checking the new pair with my current pair to see the setting, he said everything is the same! But just that on the new pair from eye guardian, it wasn’t clear even though it was the wide vision range of lenses. Alan asked me to try to wear it for a couple of days to let my eyes get use to it. I said I try. As I am going overseas for a trip for 2 weeks I said I will get back to them when I return in the 18 April. I have had 2 pair of progressive lenses and currently wearing my third pair and this is the 4th now from eye guardian. I must admit that I never had to get use to my progressive lenses in all my previous 3 pairs. I wonder what can eye guardian do after the 2 weeks of trying to get my eye get use to it. And if i still cannot read the message on my phone , my excel sheet on my computer and the time on my watch. What can they do? For now I can only give 1 star because the item I get from them is useless. Although they are polite and friendly I cannot give anything more than 1 star because I am not there for the social interactions but for the item I need which is glasses. So I cannot recommend them; at least for the high value items. I will post another review again after my next interaction with eye guardian when I am back from my trip.
