★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this clinic unless you're there before 5pm. Else, they will reject you at the doorstep. I ranr fthe MRT. Arrived at doorstep at 524pm. I couldn't go to the clinic earlier so I was trying my best to reach before the stipulated closing time. I just needed simple consultation for my ear infection but they wouldn't let me. I am not sure if the doctor was still around. If the doctor was, I think that's even worse. Before arriving, I started to call the clinic since 510pm. But no one would pick up. My apologies, but I am personally offended. I hope this feedback is properly reflected and taken into account. Hoping forward to improvements.

It's a serious waste of time going there.
I was 2nd at the clinic, reached at 838am, waited till 920am, all patients coming after me went to see doctor first. When I asked I have urgent meeting and waiting for approx 1 hour, the answer was I can cancel your appointment if you can't wait.
They could have simply told.me how much time it will take.
I was over my Thyroid medicine, they even dint bother to supply me with additional medicines.
I had to struggle to find another clinic to supply me medicine as it requires blood test which was done by this clinic.
This is so hopeless.
Hope someone is there to take action against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff never rude at all, they are v busy and I understand the limitation to not being super duper friendly. However most importantly they deliver the service good! The dr is very attentive, gentle to kid, experience and good communicator. She gave very good conclusion & management instruction. Very lucky to be attended by her.
Waiting time is acceptable, especially if you under some panel coverage i believed they need to check the system first thus affecting the waiting time. The clinic is spacious, clean and located not in the cramped place hence with kids we can wait outside too. Checked some of the bad review, i didn’t have it all. Perhaps those experience came from bad behaviour clients which triggered stern reaction from provider.
