โ โ โ โ โ I had my hair treatment again at Yun Nam Hair Care Lot One today. As usual cheerful smile by the front desk staff Ricco, and warm welcome by Manager Candice when I entered.
Candice is professional and knowlegeable, always able to answer my questions. I am satisfied with the result and thank to her, I have healthy hair that my friends envy! Some of them already has her as their hair consultant!!

โ โ โ โ โ Been there for a few years, got to say the results of their treatment are quite effective. The staff are mostly friendly and caring as they would raise any hair problems they observed when they are washing your hair.
However, the hardsell was intense. I recall that a year ago when I went there one of the consultants was constantly pushing me to buy the package claiming that it was out of her concern in doing so. Such situation occurs frequently whenever she finds some hair problems that I have. I understand that it is her job and appreciate her efforts in explaining to me the causes and consequences of my hair problems but asking me to buy more and more packages even at a discounted rate was not a good experience for me. This was despite me saying that I am just a student and do not have enough money to pay for it. Hardsell is really a no-go for me hence not a 5 stars rating.

My consultant, Eva is very friendly and helpful whenever i went for treatments and when i have concerns regarding my hair/scalp. Other consultants are also very friendly and helpful. If i were to recommend an outlet, i would recommend Lot Oneโs.
