β β β β β No clear instructions where to go. I tried to take the lift to lvl 3 but will need access card. Nobody help or advise. A total waste of time and I was in a hurry.

β β β β β I was to collect a package and the instructions stated stated on my collection form stated that operating hours 9am to 5pm. But their notice at the security guard stated close from 12.30 to 13.30 for lunch. Nobody bothered to entertain and care for a customer and I was asked to wait at the secuity gate by a Mr Lawrence Ang until he comes back from lunch. So poor me waited from 12.35 pm... Obviously Yusen is not a quality certified company or a customer service orientated company.
