โ โ โ โ โ Registered TPG SIM card with the shop. Attendant used his own email address to register without letting me know. Subsequently, I was unable to log in to the account to automate my payment. Called the shop but they claimed that they didnt know which part timer registered for me and kept no records of when the part timers worked. Despite knowing that we already contacted TPG customer service via email who said they also couldn't help, this phone shop still claimed that I should call the TPG hotline instead. Useless service, strongly urge everyone to visit other phone shops in the vicinity.
