★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak for the sinsei himself but the front counter lady was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I tried to gain a better understanding of the services provided but each request was rudely turn down.
As this is a service, it is important to establish trust between a customer and the business. The front counter staff did the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the doctor is good. But if talking about the service sorry please be patience for being a patient.
The lady boss definitely will be a super turn down. She had ego issue and of course like most of the customers encounters especially newbies. You need to be extremely "tahanable".
Dr Heng is some how well know in the industry so the lady boss is a bit you know.....
Overall just bear with that and have the mind set having treatment and don't expect services and you will feel much more "forgiving "....
There are alot of TCM out there is not a must to visit YY healthy family services if you cannot stand their seevices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Injured my shoulder. Have a appointment with Dr Dennis Tay I think. The young doctor. Just massage for 10 to 15 min and charge me 65 dollars.
Few hours later the pain is back.
