★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. I called, and a woman answered and almost shouted to me that she is outstation, and she will call me back later tonight. But she didn't call. She is so rude, and I decided not to contact her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alice from Lotus kept stringing us on for 2 years until our HSR finally lapsed. She would send photos of baby girls (as that was our preferred gender) and when I requested for more information on the baby and her biological parents (I even explained that the information sought was for when we need to disclose facts to the child in later years), she would not provide any and then say the baby was either retained by the birth mother or adopted by another couple or had some issue or another. Thus went on for 2.5 years.
