Very delicious dry meepok with self made chilli. Must try if you are there

One of the new stall since the re-opening of the Fengshan 85 Market.They used to occupied half a stall at the coffeeshop at blk 87. Seems like they have increased their price, starting price used to be SGD$3 and they have increased to SGD$3.50. Perhaps, it was their first day operating at this new location. The noodle wasn't up to their usual standard. Noodle was dry and slightly overcooked.I will try again after a few days

1 important thing I like in my fishball noodles is the chilli and I typically have any noodle with extra chilli. Zai fa's chilli paste is not salty, that means that I can ask for extra spicy without having my noodles super salty. Usually the noodles and ingredients are pretty standard but here there's a good variety of tasty pork slices, fishballs, fishcake and tau pok. Ingredients were incredibly substantial! I also appreciate that the owner has condiments prepared outside so that customers who like extra extra stuff can help ourselves. I usually top up the fried shallots spring onions and chopped chilli padi ?? Clean store, organized condiments and nice owner, go give it a try!
