I have to get the police involved to get my item back since they didn't fix it for 3 weeks when in the beginning it said to take 1 week. I did read negative reviews on other websites about this same situation. They returned my Mac but I did realize there are some replacement in the hardware. This is absolutely a robbery. Please stay away from this place and do report to police for your case. When I reported to the police, they just thought it's business and there must be some negative reviews. They even scared and sent me some soothing messages to think that it will change my mind to telling people the truth. I'm reiterate again my statement REPORT and DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR IMPORTANT ITEMS.

While using the laptop, I had a feeling that keyboard wasn’t even replaced. After telling them, I waited another day to get my laptop. I found other defects that they caused. The stuff might have good communication skills, but I would give 0 stars. Solving one problem by creating another problem #welldone. So also ask clients to write positive reviews to get a longer warranty. So don’t trust most of reviews.

Zapplerepair replied almost immediately and was very professional and friendly. I opted for home collection and return with an extra fee which surprisingly wasn't as expensive as i thought since they are also offering discount during this CB period (Awesome!). The technician arrived at my house within the same day. He was approachable, friendly and professional. Both of my laptops were repaired and returned the very next day with no more problem.

Benny from Zapple not only provided excellent serviceman-ship, but also good advice to help me not spend money on things not needed. I also had some issues with the devices post repair and they happily provided free after sales service without any fuss.
