“I will complete your house renovations and hand you the keys to your newly furnished home in time for you to hold your 2021 new year celebration” said my then contractor; Mujbour Rahman from HAQQ Creations Singapore Pte Ltd. The renovation was never completed and the keys to my new home was never provided. Some of the things that were provided however, were anxiety, stress, loss of income, loss of time and consequently the deterioration of my physical health. Home renovation often requires a small fortune for those from lower / middle class in Singapore. Loans are often acquired from banks with interests to pay over a period of years for home renovations. Why then do home owners subject themselves (including me) to loans for renovation? To answer that, we need to understand what a home is. ‘A home is where the heart is’ is the common quote we have all come across. A house is merely a shelter or a building in which someone lives. A home on the other hand, is where the soul finds solace, inspiration, peace, love and tranquility. As such, we tend to dig deep into our wallets in an attempt to get that. We put in the work to ensure the contractor we sign the renovation deal with is qualified, reliable, trustworthy and competent. I did my due diligence by sourcing for potential home renovation contractors. I visited 8 of these companies and had them provide me with quotes and estimated timelines for my proposal. Among them was Zayden. While his quotes were very reasonable and his projected timeline was excellent, HAQQ Creations was cheaper by SGD 5K. In retrospect, I see the price difference is rather negligible in terms of the whole sum required for the renovation. But still, I opted for HAQQ Creations and went ahead with Mujbour Rahman; a decision I will come to sorely regret. After the failure to completion that ensued with HAQQ Creations, I sought Zayden’s assistance in the completion of the remainder of the renovation work. He came down to assess the situation and gave me an honest review of the work that needs to be done. Even though Zayden’s client base was still growing, he nevertheless is a young man with not enough substantial years of experience to back up his ideas and recommendations. This did create a small bubble of doubt in my mind. However, the more I spoke to him, the more confidence he instilled in me that he is the right guy. This man has fiery passion and foresight which slowly exudes when u get into a conversation about renovation. This time, I went with my gut instinct and took up Zayden’s offer since my months of preparatory work only ended in failure with HAQQ Creations. Fast forward to December 2021, the keys to my new home was handed to me as promised. As I entered my new home, I began to feel elated as I felt my dreams come true with every glance of the work that was done. I ran my hands on the fine details of wood work in the kitchen and I checked for any small defaults that could have been caused by poor craftsmanship. Almost every nook and cranny were inspected and I found just one fault. One of the small drawers was misaligned. But even that was taken care of within 2 hours by Zayden. I have had guests visit my home over the last 7 months and I have received nothing but compliments on the work that has been done. Even some of my OCD friends added that the floor and the cabinets align with perfect symmetry. All in all, it has been a truly wonderful experience working with Zayden on my dream home.

Efficient and well knowledged designer. Ensures u the best prices and products required. Will advice you and give his views to meet ur expectations and save $ where possible. Will make sure he is physically present when installation is in progress and is able to identify reno defects which we wouldn't have noticed. No reno is done without minor hiccups along the way but with Zayden u can rest assured the hiccups will definitely be rectified. Even after my home was completed he made sure to come over a few times to ensure all was perfectly done (even slight paint marks he makes sure it's gone). In all a very pleasent and wonderful experience I had with him. High quality products, efficient and reliable workmanship and responsive and experienced customer service is guranteed

After checking a few IDs. We made the best choice. We were assured that everything is well taken care. Will advice on cost savings and to avoid spending money unnecessarily. But Zayden made sure and he will personally attend to your every needs. I had issues my vinyl flooring, he was there to assist with all the things that need to be rectify. Every detail is well taken care of ,even the paint works were applauding. I had no regrets engaging him for my house reno. Great job zayden.
