β β β β β They don't even deserve a star for their service. I made an order on the 1/1/2016 to be sent on that day but on the 2/1/2016 I received an email that the status of my order was "Processing". I tried calling their contact multiple times (during operating hours) but no one picks up the call. Within 2 weeks, I sent nearly 4 emails to them for an explanation but there's no reply from them. This is the worst florist with the worst hotline.

β β β β β I was disappointed with the product and the service recovery given by Zen Florist.
Item was not according to my order and the fruits are almost bad and rotten.
Called the Customer service and was told that will checked and get back. They don't even bother to call back but just sms to me and apologise! Very rude.
The management said that they will do a 1 to 1 exchange only on the same day.
Imagine how embarrassed it is to call your friend who send you the fruit hamper and said , hey the fruits I received is bad and rotten!!
Bad experience this time. I am a regular client with ZEN but I will stop becoming their customer from today onwards.

β β β β β Terrible experience! I ordered a funeral wreath on a Sunday because the website said it would deliver on that day but it was not. I wrote and called on Monday but no response. I had to cancel the order because the wake was over by then. I got a response from Zen on Tuesday that the shop was closed on Sunday and Monday when the info on the website was the opposite. This operation is amateurish and cannot fulfill what it says on the website. Stay away!
