Fizah has done a great job in answering my enquiries and concerns promptly. I would highly recommend anyone who are looking into straightening their teeth with Zenyum. β β β β β After using the ZenyumSonic toothbrush, I always feel like I've just gotten a professional clean at the the dentist's. Super fresh, squeaky clean feel. Definitely never turning back to a manual toothbrush. (Or any other electric toothbrush brands, for that matter!)

β β β β β I started off my Zenyum journey early 2021 and lasted about 6months. During that 6 months, I could see tremendous change in my teeth. I wasnβt compliant with my retainers when I had my braces previously and Zenyum help me to restore the smile that I always wanted. It is hassle free with the help of Zenyumβs App, you can track your progress. I would recommend Zenyum too my friends who wanted to have that perfect smile! Not to mention, its effortless and painless process too! Thank you Zenyum!

β β β β β I came across Zenyum after searching for more affordable alternatives to Invisalign, and Zenyum did not disappoint with it's personalised customer service. I have yet to have my aligners but I am looking forward to receiving them.

β β β β β I just started Zenyum journey Sept 2021, just done with approving the treatment plan and now waiting for my braces production. The process was very smooth. All thanks to Sir/Mr Jagan for assisting me since day 1. He has been very helpful through out the whole process!! 1000/10 service. Can't wait to receive my braces soon! (might as well drop another review after completing my treatment with Zenyum βΊοΈ to ensure you my review on the whole process) as for now, it has been a great journey so far β¨

β β β β β I did not receive any msg to go back to the clinic for review, at my last alignment. My teeth is not align yet they want me to pay $2000+ and redo. Their retainers are not in good quality and you can notice the crack after 1 or 2 months. Yes their retainers has warranty, the reason they gave me is, this is cause by grinding and itβs not being cover. I DID NOT EVEN GRIND!! How the hell did it cause by grinding. Donβt waste your money on such service, there are better one out there.

β β β β β After seeing many positive reviews on Instagram, I decided to give it a try. They got back to me pretty quickly, just a day after I sent in the pictures for their free-assessment. What comes to me as a surprise is, instead of scheduling a screening appointment with the dentist, they conveniently gave me a textbook reply(via email) that I was not a good fit/match for their services. My guess is they are only interested in providing treatment that are super easy to fix and thus more successful rates.
