1. A wonderful new experience and we came back a second time. 2. Would have preferred a clearer explanation. We were told no need to reload but that was not true. 3. They provide face/hair cloth protection cloth but would prefer if they better clean/sanitize the goggles which smelled of sweat and vest straps which were sticky. 4. My battery went flat and the whole game for all 5 of us had to pause for a few minutes. While they changed the battery there was no explanation as to what was happening.

My bros(and sistas) and I went to check out Zero Latency. Enjoyed the VR game which I estimate was about 30mins The equipments are clean and well maintained. *For those wearing glasses, you can either wear contact lens or use the VR googles directly (accordingly to the staff it can be use until about 500 degrees). After the games, you will be able to see your scores to see how you faired (it will be emailed to you as well) Good indoor social activity for those who prefer aircon. #correct

A lot of fun! We played zombie killing as a group of 6 and we didn't do too badly! I didn't get as motion sick as I expected to and did have a lot of fun! The VR goggles get a bit warm after the first game and the focus does have a tendency to slip out of focus but all around a great experience

Staff were friendly & he guide us through the entire process. The gears on us were a tad heavy, but it makes the whole experience feels real hahah. Overall,would recommend this place!

Awesome from the moment you step into the establishment! The staff serving you are polite and professional. Carefully and patiently explaining to you all you need to know about their offerings, and what you can expect from taking part in their VR experience. Booking and registering for your game time is easy with several terminals for your entire party to log their information. Worry not for your belongings too! Lockers are provided inside the facility, where you suit up and prepare for your mission briefing. Game time is just nice. You won't be left feeling unsatisfied, nor fatigued after a session. You'll walk out feeling the excitement of a successful mission, and relishing in the endorphin high as you review your scores. Wanting to show off your scores, or simply reminisce the fun moments? Zero Latency Singapore will actually send you your results (without you asking) via email, for you to show off, compare notes, or review and plan for your next visit! In summary, it might be my first time experiencing VR, but it definitely won't be my last with Zero Latency Singapore! Kudos to the team!

Played Sol Raiders with classmates and parents. Our self-control and communication skills were put to the test, as the intensified 3 vs 3 match in different locations was very "stressing" (as in a manner of stress I enjoy). I ended up losing but still had a great time and have since came to Zero Latency during holidays. I hope that Zero Latency can continue to make more maps to let people enjoy but not get used to them at the same time!

Gaming with friends at Zero Latency was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and explained the game very well. Walking around in a VR world felt realistic. I've already been here twice and would highly recommend it.

Great place for games and also conducting team building exercises. The game was really fun and the whole setup felt really realistic. The VR goggles were a little blur and the headsets smelled a little ??? I do hope that they clean and sanitize them after each round (which I think they do). Can't wait to go back and try the other game modes. A little hiccup at the start but all was good. The host and game master was professional and efficient.
