Nice place. Good atmosphere. Live band was on point. But the drinks are pricey

Had such a great time here last weekend! Arcade games def brought me back to my childhood. Staff were working extremely hard, understand the fnb manpower crunch but could tell that they were doing their best. Live music was great with a killer line up, 100% would come again ??‍♀️

Quiet and clean place to chill. Just that not much server to attend to you. Love the Long Island tea and whisky sour.

It is no doubt a popular place but i was dismayed to find that the customer service was terrible. We had a reservation and was only a few minutes late and was told that table was released. We were cool with that since we were late (by a few mintues). Then we were offered the counter/ bar area without chairs as waiting area to be served a table. We were told that we could only order drinks but no food. If we ordered any food, that would be considered our table (at the counter area). And we waited for almost 1.5 hours while many other tables were reserved or given to people that were in the queue without reservations ( just because they opened bottles of liquor). We couldn't wait any longer and decided to order food but was told the kitchen was closed and no food could be served. What a bad experience on a Friday night. Customer service was horrendous, especially the bouncer. Sounded like we owed him a lot of money. Good to know you are doing your job properly but please also respect the customers, going forward.

Arrived for a reservation at 6:30pm with a friend tonight - Doors were locked with no notices or explaination of any form in sight. Also no emails, texts, calls or any other form of communication to advise of any issues or problems beforehand... It now appears that Level Up were ordered to shut for 10 days from December 30th due to breaching SMM guidelines. Thanks for letting me know in advance and causing me embarassment with my friend. Very poor from the Level Up team.

Food, drinks, ambience and music was fantastic for a Saturday night out! A little short handed considering the place was fully packed but the staff managed to get our food and drinks pretty quickly to the table. Enjoyed the basketball arcade machine, the pool table and the beer pong! Abit disappointed the air hockey table ate up our tokens and had an error displayed. BTW: A little surprised we weren't able to put the bill on tab though, it would have been better cause I ended up having to pay 4 times.

Love the vibes here and the live band! Personally love the four cheese pizza. Other food were nothing worth to rave about. Recommended to come early as the waiting time for food can be an hour after the crowd arrives.

Arrived at 6pm and was the first few at the outlet. After you order your drinks, you will be given tokens to play their arcade, or exchange more tokens thru the token machine. Manage to find some nostalgic games which I played during my secondary school day. Later in the night at 9.30pm, there is a live band playing. Food was standard but it has a wide selection of cocktail and beer. Overall the atmosphere was high.Will visit again.
