I had to cancel my plans almost immediately. Zero1 phone numbers are not recognized by most websites (because they are new series). Which makes receiving an OTP or log in in most apps impossible. When I contacted the support, they had the audacity to suggest I should be the one asking the companies where the number was not recognized (Deliveroo, Lazada, etc) and ask them to add the series of phone numbers to their list. I'd also add that if you want to consider making an international phone call they ask for 500 sgd deposit which seems very excessive considering they already have your credit card details. The speed of the 4G was good though. Nothing to complain about that. In summary they are not ready to be a serious network provider

I loss my sim card why must need to come zero1 office ? And jambo plans sim card replace $32.10 New sim card $20 why like that ? Please explain at here thanks Your staff sms me like that ? For lost SIM, there is a charge of $32.10 to be paid up. Customer has to come down to Trivex office to get the SIM replaced and make payment. Trivex office is located at 8, Burn Road, 369977

Cheapest plan out there. Stable connection since they are using singtel infrastructure. Have been a loyal customer when they were only a couple months old. Stuck with them since.

cheap and good. dunno y ppl complain on the network. its working fine for youtube, fb, web surfing etc but once u exceeded the 4G data, your dling of big files like movie will be very slow due to controlled speed. u cant find all the cake. the other con is the lack of efficient customer service. everything is done via email/fb messenger. no hotline.

TLDR: WARNING!! Beware of their clause for termination (see 2.7 in attached image) and they will tell you they are unable to process the termination within the 1st month even when ample notice is given, which means you automatically have to pay for the 2nd month even if you decide not to continue after the mandatory 1-month subscription period. Signed up to test the speed and the unlimited data, after the initial unthrottled quota is used, failed to impress. Decided to cancel it since I had ALREADY paid for the 1st month and sent them notice well ahead of the 7 days period to terminate so that I would not be charged for the 2nd month. Clause only states that user needs to fulfil a minimum of 1 month before account can be terminated. Lo and behold, they try to weasel their way into making you pay for the 2nd month citing that the system does not allow account termination until one month has passed from account creation! That contradicts their clause isn't it? I gave due notice before the next billing cycle, citing that I did not wish to continue with the service and that I do not wish to be billed for the 2nd month. This is countered by the ridiculous excuse that the system can only allow the cancellation to be process AFTER the 1st month, which would mean you ARE FORCED to pay in full for the 2nd month before they will even acknowledge your request to terminate. Really underhanded tactics to squeeze another month of subscription fees for nothing. Avoid at all cost unless you like to donate money to their coffers.
