Has been visiting Uncle Kasim for car wash for awhile now. Experience has always been wonderful. Highly recommended!

I made booking through ( I supposed Owner : Michelle Truong ) over phone for Saturday 26th March at Mt Faber 11 am ( which she suggested this time as my detailing job will takes 4-5 hours . Michelle was fast to introduce her packages to me but I firmly refused and said wanted to try out detailing first . She sent confirmation over WatsApp but mixed up the date , she sent another correction but still mixed up . Third time then correct. 2 days later message again which outlet am I going to ?? Puzzled - puzzled . Done booking . Saturday 26th March came and I arrived on time 11 am. Only 1 worker present , when asked where is the “ Uncle “ ? He answered went to buy food . Car washing started , halfway Uncle returned and continue washing. Once finished, said all done but I answered i have appointment for detailing ….. uncle said “ could you come in the afternoon?” Polisher man not here!!! I called Michelle Phuong and she arrived in a jiffy and straight to her workers. I left of course paying the expensive car wash . No apologies nor explanation why the screwed up . This is Service ???

Have been getting my Weekly wash + vacuum @zertona TPY Safra. Mr Kassim was very friendly and his work is excellent! Always brings out the bling of my car. Keep up the good work!

Visited their Toa Payoh SAFRA branch and the service is excellent! Remember to look for Mr Kasim as he is meticulous in his work. Highly recommended for people around this area!!!

I've been using the car wash and vacuum service for a few times and I love how clean and smooth my car feels after every wash. Not to mention also the price is so reasonable! I just leave my car there and go to the gym and come back to a sparkling clean car. Staff are all very friendly and nice too! They really pay attention to every little detail, and even removed all the dead leaves that have fallen into the hood and boot areas.
