★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an older community club, but the staff are friendly and there's always some nice events going on. It serves the local area with many amenities including a hawker, police station, ATMs, and many event rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much to see there. Getting there is not as convenient for people not living in the area as you have to take LRT to Segar and walk a few minutes. POSB and OCBC ATM are available there to accommodate the people. There is a community foodcourt serving both non-halal and halal food

From coffee shop to popstation to police station even after school care facilities.
Convenience for those stay nearby.
Only missing of mini mart or convenient store or else it will prefect. Nevertheless, one can find mama store, SS or 7-11 or even wet market within 5-10mins walk from ZHCC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has full facilities like community help counters, covid token replacment, dispensor for covid mask, recreational facilities like badminton, basketballc ourt, big movie hall cum multipurpose hall. at the 1st level, there is also coffeeshop providong much facilitated provision of meals.

Passed by on 14-Aug-2016, a new food court was openned but there were few stalls not operating.
