The whole external place looks like years without cleaning. Very unhygienic and dirty. Water in the pond has not been changed regularly. If cannot change, then don't want the pond. Water splashing out from the pond wets the seats surrounding the pond. What is the use of having seats but cannot sit? The drain below the pond is clogged with debris, promoting dengue. Seriously the in charge should look into these instead of employing people but not doing the works

Staff Yani there for the covid is so rude wanted to challenge you if you dare to complain her, act like a ganster and the person in charge Jai Hui still side her staff. The MOH staff Clement just do anything there. Totally disappointed that MOH appoint this type of vendor there. MOH please monitor your vendor in providing services to the public. Your staff there Clement do nothing.

Old community center with 24hr MacDonald's. Well kept and clean. Nice place for communal activities and learn new skills

Excellent community center but could use some upgrading. The indoor basketball court is new and huge but other facilities are quite old. Interesting architecture!

Went to get vaccinated on a Monday. This young Indian female staff by the name of Zura (? asked one of the male staff for her name, but didn’t get the spelling) was incredibly rude. When screening questions were being asked, my husband and I overheard her being extremely disrespectful to the elderly woman sitting beside us. The elderly woman was having trouble understanding what the Indian girl was asking. Irritated, the Indian girl raised her voice condescendingly at her with “Do you even understand English? You’re in this country you should at least understand English right” “If you don’t understand, then say you don’t understand. You better stop wasting my time.” “I’m asking for your address. Just tell me your address. Do you even know what an address is? WHERE DO YOU STAY?.. Forget it, just go” The elderly woman could only sheepishly lower her head. You could tell she was uncomfortable during the interaction. Once the elderly woman left, this Indian girl started complaining (LOUDLY) to the other staff — infront of the rest of us who were waiting to get vaccinated — “Seriously, all these people waste my time, nothing goes through their brains” My husband and I are shocked by the fact that her disgusting behaviour is condoned. How unprofessional can she get? Pls discipline your staff. This is unacceptable. To that rude staff: I feel so sorry for you. You are so unlikeable, my dear. Have some class.

I visit this place for almost every weekends for the past 30 years. I am a active member for one of the group activities there. With the easing of COVID-19 regulatory, almost all of the activities and courses for children and adults had resumed.

The old uncle arranging the queue is so rude. My wife is unaware the queue. So he scold her that foreigner dont understand english. The arrangement is totally messed up Now he know i want to complain then he go away and let his colleague to handle the queue. The old uncle in white shirt.
