A shop selling tasty looking dumplings. I tried spicy and sour noodles.
Excellent balance of spicy and sour taste. Thickness of soup is just right that stick to noodles. Noodles are boiled so that they are firm and nice texture. Great cooking skills. Many shops overcook noodles, so this is important.
Only reason I give 4 stars is because I want tofu in spicy and sour noodles.
