I went over to whampoa to grab some food. First time and I were directed to the stall for roasted meat meal. Stall is operate by two elderly couple, despite no dine-in, they still prep a lot of food. I had char siew and roasted pork plus a ngo hiang. Taste is ok. No much queue even during peak hours but stall owners are friendly.

Love the roast duck, char siew and noodles here. The roast duck is nice and tender and the skin is roasted to a good level. The char siew they use a mix of twee bak and pork belly, so u can ask for a lean cut or a fatty cut. Noodles are well cooked and springy. Recommended!

Delicious roast pork and roast duck noodles. The dumplings had a whole prawn and nice flavour and texture. Noodles were springy and flavourful. Quite affordable too - Wanton noodles and char siew rice only $3 each

Was there for Nasi Padang but have to wait till 12.30pm! Walk around and decided to try out this stall. To my surprise, very high reviews. Order Wanton Noodles with added Ngoh Hiang. Noodles was normal. Cha SIew a bit on the sweet side. The sauces with chilli, overpowering of dry shrimps, taste does not blend very well with the noodles, at least not my type of Wanton Noodles. Ngoh Hiang is very dried, not fantastic. $3+$1, very generous serving! Sorry for the old couples, just not my type of WTM..

Captivated by their truly 'golden' display of roasted meats and ngor hiang, approached the elderly couple for a mix platter and dry noodle. A double take when told $7 for everything you see here. Very generous ah gong. Meats and ngor hiang are ordinarily average, nothing to shout about. The star has to be the noodle. Crunchy without the alkaline smell. Simply tossed in fragrant lard and dark soya sauce. Good even on its own. Lovely soup boiled with ikan billies. Great value. Huge portions. Doesn't taste bad. I can get use to this.

Chance upon this stall previously on my trip to this food centre and happen to nearby and decided to pop by and give this stall selling roasted meats a try. Apart from their wanton noodle, they also sell a variety of items such as roasted pork, dark and char siew rice. I also noticed that also sell homemade wu xiang. The stall is operated by an elderly couple. The wanton noodle starts from SGD$3 onwards. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture of the noodle was springy. Unfortunately, i find the sauce too salty and thick. Charsiew was quite dry and bland as well. Overall, it was an average plate of wanton noodle for me. Would love to try their wu xiang the next time.
