My wife has signed a package and after Circuit breaker is over, they do not allow her to utlitize her sessions. They (lady name Aileen) asked my wife to pay additional fees for any sessions she wants to go, instead of utlitizing sessions in her package. This makes no sense at all. When my wife demanded that they honour the package, and later asked for a refund since a resolution could not be reached, Aileen gave the following replies to my wife. Qns: for how long are you going to extend my package? Reply: you go ask Covid Qns: when can I start to come for my class? Reply: you don't come. My wife placed trust in the company and paid for a package. It is only right that Zinga deliver services, now that circuit breaker is lifted. ZINGA has collected the money and how can they deny my wife from using the package and expect her to pay extra if she is to book any session? This is not ethical at all, and Alieen's attitude towards a customer is totally unprofessional.
