She is very helpful, cheerful, friendly, professional and responsive in helping me to source for the suitable candidate. As this was my first time engaging a helper, Shiao Shi was very patient in walking me through the process, answered all my questions and anxieties, gave me tips on questions to ask during the interviews etc. She also helped to arrange for a second interview when we couldn't decide which helper to engage. My brother in law ended up taking the other helper we shortlisted and both our families are very pleased with the service Zion provided.
