โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended. Prompt response, reasonable rates and flexible when we had to change our arrangement from mornings to night shift. Nurses Aishah and Maisurah were very professional, patient and compassionate in caring for mum, even bringing puzzles and therapy ball to engage her. Thanks very much to Aishah and Mai and also Wan Ting for all the help rendered this period.

Also many thanks for assigning nurse Ameera - she has a real heart for my auntie. Her sincerity, gentleness and kindness has touched us - and we learnt a lot more how to look after her and keep her comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ My sister has end stage cancer and I contacted Assist Care Nursing Agency for their Nursing care services. Assist care has a pool of clinical staff who were not only professional but were able to exercise compassion and understanding to my sister and I during the difficult final days of my sister's life. Stephrene/WanTing was very helpful and was always available to pick up my calls and talk to me.

โ โ โ โ โ The nursing care service was excellent. I needed someone who can help my mum of her eye surgery to assist my mum. I called at 2pm and Wan Ting was able to confirm for me a helper at 5pm. I really appreciate as I need the helper The next day at 8am. I can leave my mum n the helper at home without any worries as they would update me promptly of my mum. Thank you so much for the help and assistance provided. Great experience and highly recommended.
