bring my mother-in-law to see doc during march, doc is friendly and helpful. He share knowledge and information on how to improve my mother-in-law health. But, the counter lady that was serving me was rude and her tone bad.I still will come to clinic but disappoint at the service she provide. bad customer service and unprofessional.

Last few weeks, MOH had arranged this clinic to be the telco in-charge of me and my other colleagues medication, I tried calling them numerous time via the hotline number that someone provided me when I called the number, there wasn't not a single reply. As a result, it caused my PCR swab test to be delayed which end up affecting both my work and income. I not sure the clinic staff are doing their job, saw plenty of bad reviews regarding about the same issues. Disappointing, please learn to pick up the phone when someone is calling THIS is the basic courtesy. And to the lady who picked up my phone last few weeks, you are very rude. I didn't managed to get your name. Your tone are really bad and you just shut me off. Hopefully the management can look in this issue, such a rude attitude. Please provide an email address that I am able to address on this issues to the relevant department / in-charge .

Did not show up for my pcr test for travel kept changing time in the end did not come , ignored my WhatsApp when asked for refund. Do not use this home based PCR test. Extremely unprofessional

Did not receive PCR test results within the 18 hours advertised. Their service and response has really deteriorated. I arranged this for an important visitor and it was very embarrassing to have this happen. Be warned, this company will let you down.

Not recommended anyone to go there for consultation of health problems, doctor not in most of the time have to do Tele consultation and staff was busy packing theirs parcel item while it a clinic not a warehouse hiring packer. Doctor without proper helping the patient with their health problems when using CHAS card was asked to go to expensive specialist centre which the patient already have problems with financial didn't thinking twice about how the patient make the payment

Made appointment for teleconsult at 215pm and made prepayment. After missing the slot, I called at 245,330,515pm to chase. The call centre person said he had already relayed the info to the clinic to call me back. It is now almost 530. Extremely disappointed.

The best service ever. I almost missed my flight because of the art test and the Doctor very kindly and try her best to help me test ASAP and send me the result in fastest way ever. Really love and appreciated their service . without your service i really missed my flight already. Thanks again and appreciated ????

VERY Bad services from them. I call the clinic more than5 times during last few weeks , no one pick up at all. I Want to book appointment for my daughter, when they picked up. The lady speaking to me was very rude. Didn't even greet me properly, no manners at all. I went down to the clinic on Saturday, was turn away by the Indian lady at the counter, straight away told me no doctor.. I not sure why isn't there any doctor if the clinic is open?
