N	Nor San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-habit studio help me with my knee problem. My apperception for the excellent job you and your instructor has done over the pass few lessons. Thanks to the instructor who show me his devotion and share the right method of stretching and weight carrying to make my knee stronger over the time. In general, this programme has help me to exercise more throughout and the homework given to me is very adaptable and useful. The knowledge that they share about the right nutrition are very useful too.

This cosy space together with the people behind it brings so much warmth that at most times you forget that you’re not at home. 1-habit is different in so many ways including their approach to fitness because it caters to regular folks who struggles from eating to lifestyle challenges. The coaches are friendly and they take your problems seriously with no lacking in empathy On a contrary to just pushing and little or no dedication to closely monitor the progress of their clients. Cool business concept and space!

When I joined the gym, I told them that I wanted to suffer, and they have managed to do so, within reason. My coach Shikin is an absolute gem. The highest praise I could give her would be that she makes a fat lazy f* like me want to go to the gym. ?

I enjoyed the small class setting which made it close and personal. Really got to thank the team that made it fun. Will definitely come back again.

The unsung hero who is always behind the scene also deserves a shout out - Mairah. I too have gained a couple good buddies who are always behind me and pat my back after a good session. I do enjoy the classes offered here, especially the Strength ones! I believe it is important to have coaches who are supportive and keep you motivated and empowered. Besides that, I’ve met amazing people who are friends now :) location wise is accessible, a stone away from the Sultan mosque @ Bussorah st so it is convenient for me to go for evening classes after my prayers. Also, they’re on Classpass, give it a try to see if you like it!

Coaches are amazing! Classes conducted there are awesome. I’m always looking forward to their classes. Overall such a great community that I had the privilege to be in.
