★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been an amazing experience thus far. Amazing instructors and awesome vibes. I'm someone who hasn't worked out in 10 years and I thought I was just going for a session with my friends but I fell in love with the experience and it got me going 5 times in a week and I'm going for my 6th one tomorrow. Now I'm busy working on getting my friends to commit to 6 months with me. Fingers crossed but I think I'd still join if I can't get them too cause really.. I love it and it's as easy as, if it works for me, it's worth every penny and minute (actually it's just 45 mins of my everyday, what's so hard about it right?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loving this type of work out. The hardest part for me was always getting down to the gym. F45 Rochor is nice and close to home but because of the enjoyment and team atmosphere I now seem to have way more enthusiasm about going. Trainers are super friendly and the workouts changing every week mean you never get bored and you never know what to expect. Muscles ache every time so clearly the body isnt getting chance to lul itself into a comfort zone.

Just a little hard to book classes during peak periods but I guess this is normal if your popular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen more results with F45 within 2 months than I have with my previous gym with a one year membership. Staff is friendly and not very pushy to join them as a member. I enjoyed my time here, but due to the current situation, a limited number of people can enter the gym, and usually I would need to book once the class opens up for booking. Overall, no regrets with F45. Love the workouts, love the friendless of the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You’ll love this place if you like HIIT workout. Trainers are friendly and helpful in correcting your form when exercising. Workout area is clean. I especially like that it has proper ventilation; I didn’t felt it was stuffed inside. Shower place is small but kept tidy and clean as well.
