★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there's only 1 shower, and the easy class is more intermediate than beginner. instructor can be a tad too pushy and obnoxious. i got bitten by the yoga bug here, but i dont think this is the place to build my practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did some callisthenics classes at Yoco. Great experience! The trainers do a fantastic job at motivating you. The new facilities at North Bridge are amazing - clean and beautifully managed. Folks there are really friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoga collective is one of my favourite yoga go-to places via Classpass. There’s positive vibes and great instructors! Also, the showering facilities are more spacious as compared to other yoga places and they have the Dyson hair dryer LOL. #theyogaco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at The Yoga Co - really positive and beautiful energy from the moment I stepped in till the moment I left and this is my go-to place for yoga and cali!! The receptionist and instructors are so friendly here which is such a refreshing feeling to get after a long day at work. I recommend this place to all yoga practitioners beginners or otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my class there, definitely one of the better classes I’ve gone to. Pam was very attentive and clear with instructions, and the workout was challenging enough but not too difficult. The studio is really well designed and maintained as well. Only downside is that the class room is a bit small so when the class is full it can feel a bit more crowded, but still comfortable enough to do all the movements :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two classes (handstand and intermediate-calisthenics), and both instructors were friendly, enthusiastic, and most importantly they were really good at explaining to us how to perform the movements being taught. I've learnt more in one lesson here than from months of watching YouTube video guides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and easily accessible place. The place is welcoming and big enough to fit 10 doing calisthenics. Trainer is good and gives a good workout. The shower room is spacious. Love the Dyson fan and hair dryer. Just a heads up : bring your own towels!
