The condo is well positioned to MRT and bus stop, easy to get to all points of interest and eating places. It’s a place in the middle of a busy hood, but it’s very quite. It’s not a big appartment, but it is good enough!

Went for hse viewing. Swimming pool wasn't enticing at all and size of rooms could barely fit 1but it's kinda cosy.

I love the place. It was perfect for a small family. The neighborhood is outstanding. A lot of street food that incredible yummy especially next to the apartment is the famous restaurant in Singapore. Must try No Signboard Seafood and in the morning just a few walk,you can have the best dimsum. So sorry we cannot read chinese, so we don’t know what the restaurant but it’s near mrt just turn right and across from fruitstall. The highlight fabulous place and value for money to stay and eat. Absolutely we will stay here again when in Singapore

in red light district but full of 24 hours amenities, delicious food, supermarts affordable condo living best is location is great to travel any part of SG, never too far to go anywhere in SG & bus stop is just in front. Aljunired & Mountbattern MRT nearby. walking distance to Stadium & Paya Laber. 10min & 15min Taxi to CBD & Airport.

#1 Suites has one of the best location in Singapore. It has great connectivity by Bus, MRT or car. The bus stop is just a stone throw away and I can reach Bugis, or town within 15 mins. It is also within 5 mins walk to MtBatten and Aljuneid MRT station. Steady stream of Cab along Geylang road, almost 24/7, I can travel anywhere with ease, as Geylang is in the centre location of the island. There are a numbers of 24/7 groceries, literally just at door steps. Food and hair salon are also within doorstep. Really great place to stay.

A small single block condo project located in District 14. Well placed with transport connectivity via MRT (Aljunied MRT on East West Line) and many buses that ply the Sims Avenue and Geylang Road. All or most of the units are loft unit. Swimming pool is on level 4.

Stayed here from 2017-2020 (2.5 years), a few things to note: 1) security is quite bad. Most of the time you get someone else tailgating you as there is no security guard. Since it is geylang u wouldn't want any trouble by asking the tailgating person for valid reason to be following you in. 2) swimming pool deck is always busy. Unless it is odd hours, you will always almost find yourself to not be able to swim as it is fully occupied - this was before CB period 3) unreasonable landlords. As this is one of the few most affordable condos in Singapore, it is largely made up of tenants. Most landlords do not stay here. Example of unreasonableness include: - on moving out day, my landlord charged me on barely visible scratched table. It doesn't make sense since after I paid $50 for the scratch you are not doing anything to the table anyway. So you will be charging same thing again to the next tenant. - creaking cupboards (like seriously I don't even know this can be charged $10 per creaking hinge) - missing curtain hook (I had no idea the hook disappeared) but I was charged $20 per hook Generally, on moving out day, always expect to not get 100% of your deposit back here. The term "natural wear and tear" of fixtures and fittings in the contracts doesn't mean anything here and agents are not there to protect you but rather the landlords. So always expect to spend $100-$500 on checkout day. One more thing, if you are using house agents here, always remember that they are the friendliest when the money is not with them. Once it is on their hands, they can chose to ignore you. I vividly remembered by aircon started leaking 1 month into my contract and I asked for a solution but he ignored my messages thereafter. I had to fork out my own cash to repair the aircon.

Very clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The pool was appreciated by the kids! The location was close to bus stops and two MRT stations and many places to eat. As earlier reviews state it is in the middle of the red light district, but even so we never felt unsafe in the area.
