Will give negative if there is such an option. Most irresponsible and unresponsive seller i have ever come across. q100sg should ban them! Bought an item for a friend and it was damaged. Sent to service center and it has been 2 months. No resolution no response and i went down once after to no use. everyone, please DO NOT buy from 13mobile on Q100sg or Lazada (think Lazada banned them).

Downright rude and dodgy. Bought 2 SIM cards from them via qoo10. Had issues with my data and ended up having to contact the telco and pay more money to get data. When I contacted them via WhatsApp. Responds I got β€œif you have data right now what’s the problem.” Thumbs up for incredible customer service. Followed by a barrage of accusatory texts that I am responsible for my own actions for contacting the telco and I shouldn’t have. Makes the situation sound dodgy.

Avoid at all cost. Not trustworthy. Very bad experience. We needed an invoice for our purchase and they agreed only if we ordered with them through whatsapp. When product arrived, no invoice. Upon calling, they just kept asking to wait. Now, they’ve blocked our number.

Their warranty sucks.. Service sucks.. Took 4 months to repair and don't give you extended warranty. They are full of lies. I called them more than 3 times and they told me item not back from service. 2 weeks ago i called them, they say next week will arrive. At the shop the girl say it was ready for collection 3 weeks after i sent for service. So why did you guys keep saying it's not ready for the past 3 months. Dragging the warranty to the end then return to us right. Worst service and full of lair

Just my luck that I failed to check on reviews before purchasing from this seller via Qoo10. I did not receive my item after 2 weeks, hence proceeded to make a non-receipt claim. 13Mobile ask for my telco bill as evidence that I had provided the correct delivery address, which I did. Subsequently, they sent several messages via Qpost stating: For future orders, we recommend delivery by Qxpress only. Strictly no refunds for any future non-receipts claim from the same address under any circumstances. Do you agree? Their attitude seems like that 13Mobile is not going to do any refund and are trying their best to delay the issue. Please whoever read this, buy from 13Mobile at your own risk.

Very irresponsible and cunning. Opted for store pick up with default 2 weeks dealine. Called 2 days after my payment to pick up my item. They said not ready and will call me the following week when its done. Finally last day before my voucher expires, i remembered i still haven't received the call from them to pick up. In the end i wasnt able to redeem the charger because it passed the deadline. Msged them to extend , but they replied one day after the vocher expired. Msged q10 for a refunded and was rejected and the only option is extention of my coupon. Immediately after i saw the exteneded coupon and i headed down, they said they cannot find the charger and will send it to me. What a let down. Only to waste time and money to the store and didnt get the charger. This means theres a chance where they wait for customers to forget their items as their reply on phone and q10 is - we will inform u when its ready. Until the day my couoin expired, i didnt even hear from them. The moment my coupon was extended and the store dont have the charger. What kind of business didnt even bother to inform their customers theres no stock and dun make a wasted trip or claim to have ready stock and then give excuses that they cant find in the store. Even a refund was refused by q10. Initally saw alot of nasty review from google and though maybe its not as bad as what they said . It turned out to be real. This experience is based on storepick up. Delivery experience might differ. But why risk yourself when theres many similiar seller out there

Totally dishonest company. Before ordering, I checked with the staff that they can mail me the two Sim cards and they said yes. But they only sent one card. Wrote many times to them asking about the other card, but each time got the message β€œwe are investigating and please contact us if you do not hear from us in two days”. Just keep fobbing me off and never give any proper reply regarding investigation or even collection. After three weeks, they even have the cheek to ask for details and then changed item to being delivered, even when it was not. While waiting for their response over several weeks, and waiting for them to deliver as promised, the pickup voucher had lapsed. Called them and was told by one of the girls to write in to seller to ask for voucher extension, which I did. Then got a message asking for details. Obviously never read the messages thread or bother. (I have photos of entire message thread as proof) Looks like one of their tactics is to delay response till after the voucher expires. Also, with travel ban imposed by governments, obviously the sim card cannot be used in the destination country. No refund offered, and even ask for $2 each day per card to extend validity. All this for a $18.90 Sim card. With daily extension cost and no idea when travel is allowed, this is obviously a ripoff. Scammer. Untrustworthy. DO NOT BUY from them.

Good luck in trying to get them to honor their warranty. Cable plugged in for 4 full minutes not charging. They tugged at the cable and got the battery percentage to budge again and declares cable working well. They do not understand what is not working intermittently. Horrific customer service. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
