β β β β β I have been coming to this store for all my family and my phones needs. The customers service especially from Jack Chia is exceptional. Always patient and understanding and gives me the best prices for all my family mobile phones especially for my teenager kids, get the newest 2nd hand phone which is much cheaper than the new phone and still meet the β teenager expectation of being β coolβ. I now live in Australia but will travel down here to get the phone .. covers my airfare!

β β β β β Went to this shop 88 Connection located at Toa Payoh Central to purchase phone 3 days ago. The salesman recommended me a phone that I'm very happy with. Price reasonable n help with transfer my old phone data n photos etc. Was very impressed with his service. Will visit again in the future.

β β β β β Approached the shop for a sturdy handphone 12 case. Shop recommended ITSKINS 3M/10 feet spectrum clear - the best in their case products. Price $45 after much negotiation sold at $40 best price. Later found out that The official product website price was $24.99 Lazada was even cheaper at $19.90! So I paid an OUTRAGEOUS 200% market price for this cheap case. I wonder how they obtain 5 star reviews?! TRUST can only be earned once. Only ONCE. Care to agree, Mr Jack Chia? #88 mobile retail chain.
