DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible. Had my iPhone 7 screen shattered so I went here to fix it. Got it fixed and everything seemed okay until the next day my phone stopped working so I returned to see what's up. The guy said there was something wrong with my battery which was odd enough cos I had my battery replaced two weeks prior. anyway I got a new battery. Three weeks later I dropped my phone (from bed to floor so no hard impact)and it wouldn't turn on. So I visited the shop to see what the issue was. The guy said he can't open and check but instead can send it to a technician to examine which would cost $100 and 2 full days. I couldn't wait that long so I went to another repair shop. when we opened and saw inside it turned out that two vital metal pieces that connect the LCD panel and battery was missing. They weren't just small pieces that you would miss out for a mistake. One of the two was around 2.5cm wide. On top of that One of the two tiny screws on the bottom of the phone(beside charge jack)was missing and another one was replaced with a bronze colour screw. My phone is black so should be a black one. Resonse to the reply below: 1. I don't believe that the metal pieces were missing. They are quite integral parts of the device so if they were missing why not mention anything. He had opened it two times. Again, your guy didn't say a word about it being missing. 2. Audio? There was nothing wrong with the audio at all. Again nothing was mentioned. I don't see how that's relevant to replacing the tiny pentalobe bottom screws to another colour and missing out one. Imagine a black iPhone with a bronze screw on the bottom. And one missing....smh Would have appreciated an apology instead of nonsense excuses.

all the reviews are fake? I went to repair my iphone 11 because it has sim card detection issue. Firstly, the shop owner told me that my phone is not iphone 11 and it is iphone 11 pro instead, and quoted a higher price for my repair. Secondly, when i brought it to repair, it has no battery issue, but when i collected my phone, the person told me that the sim card issue is solved but now there is a battery problem. He also charged me a higher price because he changed the battery as well. He changed the battery and there is still an error. And he still increased the price of repair? unreasonable.
