Good satisfying meal in a cosy setup. This place is not the easiest to find, located in an old-school commercial building in the middle of fancy residential neighbourhood. It occupies a common space shared with a coffee-cake business and pizza-bar-snack shop business. Don’t miss it out, it’s at the corner of the building right after you enter the compound. The BEC is generously thick and decent, making an enjoyable meal. The miso charred greens are lovely - the broccoli and cauliflower are well seared to be slightly crispy and taste smokey yet creamy. The common space itself has a laidback and friendly atmosphere. Do take note that seats are limited.

Never ever would I have thought a simple bowl of green could be so flavourful ? ⭐ The star here is the fried cauliflower glazed with miso. It looks charred but that's exactly where the flavour is. There was supposed to have broccoli ? but I asked for it to be left out. ⭐ The other star is the tamari tofu. It looks bland but it is savoury and flavourful. It's tamari that gives it the grayish hue and rich flavour. According to the staff, a new menu is on the way and I can't wait.

Read alot of good reviews before making my way there. The sandwiches were okay. Especially the recommended bacon sandwich. Can skip the hashbrown balls as it's nothing special, they poured the chilli sauce over the hashbrown which could be done better by providing in a separated container instead. The dining area is free sitting, meaning you can order coffee from another stall or getting Kura tarts and eat at the common dining area.

Amazing food. Love the miso charred greens and tater tots. Greens were roasted well and fragrant, has a nice crisp on biting in. Tater tots are all crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Comes with an amazing sweet spicy syrup sauce as well. Definitely worth eating there!

Love the crispy soft brioche bread lightly coated in butter. The beef is a little overdone but all good the pickled and caramelised onions and cheese goes well together. The Bacon, Egg and cheese is actually better than E** S*** . Thick cut of char siew which gives a substantial bite and the soft fluffy egg and the sauce pairs it well together. will come back for sure!

We ordered the Pesto Barramundi and Lemongrass Chicken Rice The chicken was tender, and had a nice fragrance to it. The rice was also really well cooked. We didn’t really enjoy the pasta, it was slightly hard and didn’t taste the best, but the fish, and sweet corn were really good!

46 Mittsu is a sandwich heaven. The Pork Sando was a flavour bomb made up of smoked peppered ribs, fennel dill slaw and chipotle succotash. It's big, bold, and beautiful. Packed with exciting ingredients and a good kick of spice, it’s a real flavour bomb. Overall, it's a very well-executed sandwiches and rice bowls situated in a quaint complex with a chilled ambiance.

A lot of the sandwiches were not available when I arrived, and it’s quite confusing on where to order what. Drinks have to be ordered elsewhere and even though are bottles in the fridge, I wasn’t allowed to buy a beer to have with my lunch sandwich from The Good Beer Co because “they weren’t selling alcohol yet”… The Pork Sandwich was decent although I wasn’t that big a fan of the earthy flavors. Wish they provided sides in smaller portions to go with the sandwich.
