In general the food was good until today. ordered at 3pm and picked up at 3:20. All thefood was cold. I have to reheat the fish and fries. The fries and the fish was super soggy. The wings were like warm. The onion crisp was anything I will take a break from 4 fingers.

The loaded fries was not even warm and soggy. The onion crisp is oily as hell. The burger wasn't too bad but the patty lack meat. If I paid over 20 bucks for a meal, I should be able to at least finish it. But unfortunately I can't and had to throw most of it away. Disappointed to the max. This place is getting from bad to worse
V	Vincent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 6th Apr, ordered grab self pick up and the food was said to be ready for pick up at 6.30pm. Waited outside for almost an hour before getting my order. Many others were waiting outside for their food as well, 1 grab delivery person waited for over 2 hours. There were many orders available for pickup on the table but none were for us waiting outside. After waiting an hour the food we received was cold. Not sure if my order was ready for a long time already or they just served not freshly made items. Very disappointed.

I saw many customer's orders were packed instead of dining in as they have selected. Cashier personnel say waiting time was 40mins, (this scared many customers away) time i waited was around 20mins.
W	Winnie Go on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service very bad. Take away breakfast at this outlet waiting time is more than 30mins. Food is ready and just put there. Take away hot tea becomes cold tea.

There was a short queue but it didn’t take long before I get a seat, the waiting time for the food is longer than expected, almost 30mins, probably it’s dinner time. Nonetheless, the fried chicken is tasty when serve hot, but the spicy sauce is not fully coated to the chicken. The fries is surprisingly good too. Best taste for dining.
