★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family visits Texas Chicken on a weekly basis. The food is generally OK. This review is to commend one of the elderly staff by the name of Anna. Despite her age and her mobility, I noticed she is very proactive in looking out for customers and guiding them to their seats, calling out queue numbers for customers to pick up their food etc. I think it is highly commendable to hire elderly staff such as Anna who has proven to be an asset to the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the restaurant is nice with friendly and helpful staff. 2 things which we observed: the chicken did not taste as nice as before, it was rather dry and unappetising. The second issue I felt was negative, I ordered at the self-service kiosk and went over to the counter to redeem my Fraser points, but the counter staff just said "machine spoilt" without any apology or feeling remorse. It's not really a big deal, but we're probably not going come here too often again (we actually drove out to Causeway point just to eat here).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited during eating-out restriction to order take-away. Customer service management is far from acceptable level. Badly short handed hence they close the ordering counter leaving 2 self-ordering kiosks. All promotion meals were denied order if not in the kiosk menu. Definitely room for improvement. Food wise is okay, no complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the reviews as I was making my way there and was shocked at the many bad reviews. Well other than the waiting time (which is understandable due to the lack of staff) and the price, everything was alright for me. Got all the food I ordered and the self-order kiosk was easy to use. The chicken and the mashed potato were great. Haven't tried the honey biscuit. However there was something like popcorn chicken or something which was absolutely terrible.

- Sambal chicken taste good, sweet sambal and meat is juicy, nasi lemak rice is fragrant but too bad no sambal sauce.
- Disappointed with the Original and Spicy Chicken, meat is dry and flaky, my young children doesn’t like at all.
- Select no for cutlery, but serviette and straw also not given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abit confusing when entering for dining. No specific queue on if you are waiting for take away, for collection or for waiting to dine in. There was no one to guide the customer. Look like they are short handed.
Disappointed with the popcorn chicken. Is cold and dry, must well remove from the menu.
