Taste diff from normal bcm... Unique soup base, flavourful. But have to say if you want to eat the signature, its less affordable to be eaten in a daily basis. Perhaps can try the normal.

Well well decided to try this out and this is my first time. So i order their signature noodle. The taste overall is okay. But i did not give it a full 5 stars is because the pouch egg you call that ? I personally feel that is weird. Maybe that is me. Its upto individual. The char siew is good though. Will i try again next time ? Well probably ...BUT next time for sure without the egg...lol

I give it a thumbs up because of the ramen like char siew that is one of the best I’ve had. Somewhat like a cross between ham and char siew. It will not be out of place on any ramen. Pork liver was also not over cooked. That’s a plus. Noodles were done al-dente. Also a plus. Only minus was the sauce. Vinegar was kind of overwhelming and didn’t gel well with the chilli. But the soft boiled egg did well to cut the spice.

1st visit - Love how this is a Japanese - Singapore fusion type Bak chor mee dish! The onset egg mixed into the noodles amps it up! Large portion of noodles too. 2nd visit (31 Dec) - mum tried the traditional Bak Chor Mee and loved it. The noodles were al dente and the portion was big. Great value!

This is not the usual “Bak Chor Mee” (minced pork noodle) you will see in noodle stalls. This one has a fusion twist to make it very interesting! The “Signature Noodles” has standard BCM stuff like minced pork, pork liver, pork ball and fishballs. And here comes the interesting add-on: An onsen egg and Japanese-style chashu! The portion is good, Chashu is soft and tender to the point that it fall apart easily. It also came with a soup and it’s very tasty too! ?

Portion is good and has variety of noodle selection. Taste was average to me. Same as the sauce. Noodle & soup was not to expectation. Love what the stall is doing with its creation and inspiration of BCM and Japanese fusion. Haven't tried the udon noodle yet so will do on my next visit.

Love eating their signature noodle and I recently started to buy their signature noodle and add-on their amazing char siew!! Noodles are always seasoned so well with vinegar, their broth, chilli and other ingredients that I can’t identify. Remember to ask for soup if you’re ordering takeaway too, their soup is SUPER flavourful! Every component in this bowl is amazing ? the pork lard, meatball, char siew, noodles, onsen egg, liver etc etc Highly recommend! Am a frequent customer of this store~

Ordered their #1 store recommend... noodle is good and many ingredients. One shortfall is the thinly sliced pork liver... it is cooked for a long time and hence.. the liver is very hard.. that's why 1 star is deducted. Presentation is good and I love the ramen style char siew. Keep up the good work and maybe work on the liver.
