★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious noodles. The noodles are springy and fresh. I didn't see if they make their own noodles but I got a feeling they did it themselves. They also used a different seasoning on the noodles so it taste very different from the usual wanton mee that we are used to. Love the concept a lot. Bonus points for the dumpling. Fresh prawns with chopped chestnut (I think) inside.
