Update 23.9.2017: 66 Optics has replaced for me the obsolete lens(mentioned below) with a brand new one that's manufactured in 2017. To be fair, some of the staffs in the shop have been helpful and professional enough. 14.9.2017: I've been a long standing customer of 66 Optics at Yishun Chong Pang but was very disappointed that their customer service has deteriorated substantially. To summarize the event below- they have sold me defective contact lens, and upon an exchange request, have replaced my contact lens with an obsolete stock(that's manufactured 5years back). Whether this is their doing or their supplier's one, i do not know. It was after much insistence and time wasted that they reluctantly agreed to change to a new pair. The full sequence of events: 1)Recently I bought a pair of contact lens from 66 Optics. However, one side of the lens turned out to be defective, causing much discomfort to my right eye. The left side was ok though. I was very sure that it was a defective product because switching the same lens to the other eye(left side), I could immediately feel the discomfort. 2)I made a feedback to 66Optics, and requested for an exchange. The replacement came more than a week later, but to my dismay, 66Optics gave me a very old pair of contact lens which was manufactured 5 years back(2012) and which had been unsealed from their box, with each lens belonging to a different batch. This was suspicious because the earlier lens that i had bought from them was already manufactured in 2015 and definitely came in sealed box. 2)When i questioned the staff about this, she seemed unwilling to change a new pair and even made some nagging comments. She also denied any responsibility, claiming that it was the supplier's decision. This was not only irresponsible, but a blatant lie. The supplier would not have done that without 66 Optics concurrence. Would 66 Optics sell obsolete contact lens to customers that have been unsealed from their boxes? If no, why would they allow the supplier to do that to me? I have paid the full price for their contact lens which turned out to be defective and it was only fair that they replaced with a brand new pair and not an obsolete one. It was after much insistence and much time wasted that she reluctantly agreed to change to a new pair. 3) Really felt short-changed by 66 Optics- their unethical business practice of giving(or allowing their suppliers to give) customers obsolete stocks, their hypocrisy and insincerity. After this incident, i would reconsider patronising the shop again. I would rather pay more for contact lens that are from newer stocks, and which i can be assured of their quality. Better to be safe than sorry. ?

The staff are very friendly and prices are reasonable. I always come by to buy contact lenses - wouldn't wanna go anywhere else!

The lady stuff in the shop was really friendly and the shop has wide variation of glasses . As a teen i’d love to visit this shop and fyi , going to get my glasses this sat.
