★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Wanted to call in for appointment but was rudely greeted and assisted by the staff! I should have gotten her name so that I could write to their higher ups! This staff should be sent for a refresher course! Her attitude is unacceptable!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price cheapest in Singapore, that why long wait, no appointment follow q number. I have if u get there but other go in 1st that mean that person come 2 or 3 hr early to take q number. Normally 35 to 40 patient a day sometime over load then they ask to come next day morning with front q number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service attidue, went back tdy due to teeth is not pluck clean still left half inside gums. Take no.in the mrng turn to go in n ask to go out by the dentist other ppl went in again i went in again n ask to to go out again by the dentist total went in 3times ! wads wrong wif tis dental clinic too many business, too busy, too tired? we trust her tat will do a clean job but in the end get tis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE AND DO DENTURE. THE DENTIST IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!! SHE USED HER GRANDMOTHER TIMING TO DO A DENTURE. My mum went for her appointment for 6 times and yet to receive her denture, everytime she visited the dentist, the denture is the same. What is this?!? The dentist even wear slippers!?!?! Can you imagine that? Some more the 6th times my mum visited, the denture is just a sample ONLY!! I'm curious about her certification if it is a real one or buy back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We noted dental clinic only accepted walk-in. Only one waiting patient. Shocked when turned away for tooth extraction and filing for my FDW who has been suffering toothache. First reasons given is that they only do FDW who has stayed longer..which not applicable for her coz she only been here 6 months plus. When informed them that she has completed full covid vaccine. Clinic refused us by stating they only do Singaporean only but these are not stated ontheir board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY TERRIBLY HORRIBLE WORST DENTAL CLINIC EVER NOT WORTH ANY STAR!!! Brought my mum for denture service as we were there nearby so walked in, The dentist shouted and screamed at us after examining my mum's teeth! NO PATIENCE AT ALL HANDLING SO ROUGH!! AND THE WHOLE CLINIC WAS LIKE RUBBISH CHUTE..EXTREMELY DIRTY..trust the reviews here!!! I still don't understand how can she run the dental clinic given the bad reviews here...PPL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS DENTAL!!!
